In 2016, Kennedy became counsel to the Morgan & Morgan law firm. The partnership arose from the two firms' successful collaboration on the case against SoCalGas Company following the Aliso Canyon gas leak in California. In 2017, Kennedy and his partners sued Monsanto in federal court in San Francisco, on behalf of plaintiffs seeking to recover damages for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, that, the plaintiffs allege, were a result of exposure to Monsanto's glyphosate-based herbicide, Roundup. Kennedy and his team also filed a class action lawsuit against Monsanto for failing to warn consumers about the dangers allegedly posed by exposure to Roundup.


In September 2018, Kennedy and his partners filed a class-action lawsuit against Columbia Gas of Massachusetts alleging negligence following gas explosions in three towns north of Boston. Of Columbia Gas, Kennedy said "as they build new miles of pipe, the same company is ignoring its existing infrastructure, which we now know is eroding and is dilapidated". (Wikipedia)

My Comment - 12/18/23
First, the title of this video is misleading as it insinuates that JFK., Jr.'s 2nd wife, Mary, committed suicide because she "found" his diary with details about 'infidelities'. Of course, that is not the case if one listens to the video. But, in this day and age of slander, misinformation, and lies in the 'gossip' which permeates social media campaigns, and the ruthlessness, immorality, and illegality, of #MeToo and 'breaking glass ceiling' feminists, it is a title which the authors will hopefully change.

It is very tragic the suicide of Mary, particularly for the 4 children she left behind. However, this woman is a perfect example of the damage that the entitlement and narcissism which has been promoted by the yuppie American ruling-elite since the 1980s Golden Age has produced. Twenge and Campbell's book, the "Narcissism Epidemic: Living in the Age of Entitlement" clearly demonstrate that the ubringing of XYZ Gens in past decades has produced the mental disorders and substance abuse probs. which Mary suffered. The #Me You Can't See Hollywood movement has exposed the gaslighting tactics of the narcissists as well as the drama queens with mental disorders they produce, and Mary (and Ethel and Kerry Kennedy, et al) are perfect examples.

Unfortunately, since mental health care 'professionals' are owned by BigPharma as much as the rest of the medical community, and are making so much money from the pain and suffering going on, they just keep doping everyone up on drugs and more drugs - while laughing all the way to the bank.

Mary was verbally and physically abusive of RFK, Jr. during their marriage, and responsible for its breakdown. In other interviews he has said she did not want a divorce but the marriage was over, he was going to start 'seeing' other women, which is perfectly normal. That is when his relationship with Cheryl Hines began. If Mary had not been so jealous of her husband's career, resentful of having given up hers to become a 'trophy-wife' socialite, and 'stay-at-home' mom to 4 children, and self-absorbed with her imagined probs, then much pain and suffering for her, Bobby, and their children could have been prevented.

Furthermore, her stealing of RFK, Jr.'s diary, is illegal and sad testament to the morals of the woman. And the fact that her sisters were involved in the theft and handing it over to the press is a sad testament to their morals and judgement. If family members were as zealous in defusing probs. btwn members instead of fanning the flames and taking sides, the probs of domestic abuse and violence in the country and societies would not be so elevated. (The response of my family members, my mother and mother in law particularly, were 'que sera, que sera' and I was left to fend for myself in Spain where Amnesty Intl. estimated that my chance of survival was 1/4 of 1%!

Furthermore, I have been 'cancelled' and marginalized by them in reprisal for my activism work in combating the corruption. Welcome to FAMILY VALUES of the American and European 'upper crust' and polite society). What Mary's suicide also highlights is a phenomenon which is not discussed in the domestic violence community and literature. Abusive men will kill women when they attempt to leave the relationship, whereas women killing intimate partners in violent rage is much less frequent. Most women who kill male partners do so in defense of their lives, and usually face prison sentences for doing so, even though it was in self-defense. However, the loss of identity and self-worth a woman feels when her spouse leaves her, and propels her to self-destructive behavior has been a taboo subject. Another taboo subject which is related is the aggressiveness, competition, and viciousness between women in their 'Mommy Wars' and position in the 'pecking order' in the community which make them just as lethal as men in 'combat'. As Bill Maher correctly states, "while men will kill you, women try to get you to kill yourself!!"

The women in the Kennedy family have been promoting and participating in the Narcissism epidemic in the US since JFK and RFK's assassination, under the 'leadership' of Ethel Kennedy, and his sister-in-laws Jackie, Eunice, Jean, and Pat, and their children & grandchildren in DC, NYC and Hollywood 'high society'. It is women in society who are the moral authority and set the standards of what is 'acceptable' and 'unacceptable' behavior. And, the Kennedy 'ladies' - along with heiresses of the Robber Baron Astors, Mellons, Vanderbilts, Whitneys, Guests, Mars, etc. have been setting a VERY BAD example and role model for American society for generations. Much has been written about 'dark money' being used to direct societal, political, and commericial institutions, such as Whitney Webb on Epstein, Jane Mayers on the Koch Bros.

However, these are just tips of the iceberg. All of the foundations, think tanks, non-profits are guilty of the same 'shenanigans'. In fact, these 'traditions' are so 'normal' amongst the 'rich and famous' no one even bats and eye. The RFK Human Rights non-profit of Ethel and Kerry Kennedy has done the same, as has my alma mater Foxcroft School and its alumnae Pamela Mars who donated $20M to Foxcroft STEM lab. Foxcroft, as do all of the other $70k /yr. prep schools (and ivy league colleges) needs to start dealing w the psychological and substance abuse probs. of their students, instead of charging exhorbitant fees in order to appease parents feelings of guilt produced by being neglectful and abusive.

The prep schools and ivy league colleges have been just as responsible for the narcissism, mental health and substance abuse probs in the country as the dysfunctional parents who raised them, and labor markets (and access to investment monies) which have empowered and enabled them. I have lost 16 yrs. of my life and been alienated from my sons, who are the light of my life, in reprisal for trying to stop the abusive and self-centered 'American way' and 'Modern family' - which the Kennedy's, my siblings, and everyone else I know want to 'Protect and Defend'. As long as abuse, violence, mental disorders, and substance abuse is passed down from generation to generation the cycle of violence and self-destruction will NEVER STOP!!

EVEN IF I AM MARGINALIZED INTO NON-EXISTENCE BY MY ADVERSARIES. THE TRUTH, REALITY, AND EVIDENCE OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN SAYING WILL NOT DISAPPEAR OR 'GO AWAY'!
